I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of four. I’ve been with State Farm since 2010, with experience as a Claims Adjuster, Trainer, and in Marketing before becoming an agent. I’m also a second-generation State Farm agent (my dad and brother are both agents as well), so the business has been a big part of my life and career.
Staying connected to our community is important to us. I’m very involved with my children’s school through volunteering and sponsorships, and our agency also supports local block parties and other community events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with Tara Casares - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
