"Tara is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I bought our first home so we shopped over 5 insurance providers, including working with an insurance broker, and no one even came CLOSE to Tara. It was obvious she was the one from the second we started speaking. Since insurance is a sales-based industry, I expected people I called to try to win my business, give me competitive rates etc. It couldn't have been further from the truth! Some people didn't call me back, were rude, and none of them fully explained the policy, even though I told them we were new home owners. Tara took almost an hour out of her day to explain all the policy details line by line so I could understand what they meant and where there was wiggle room.
